Baxter Armistead
Baxter Armistead Architecture, PC was established in April of 2003. The firm’s principals, Stephen T. Baxter and Joe Armistead, are long time friends and residents of the Wake Forest/ Rolesville area. Both are graduates of WF-R High School and were roommates while completing their undergraduate studies at UNC-Charlotte. Both completed their graduate studies at the NC State School of Design. Currently both principals reside in the Rolesville area and take great pride in supporting the local businesses as well as the Town’s athletic programs. Mr. Armistead has enjoyed coaching baseball and basketball for several years and looks to continue to do so.
Our firm’s mission is to establish ourselves as a leading architectural practice by providing a commitment to architectural design that enhances the adjacent community and meets the client’s needs within their established budget. It is the belief of our principals that establishing long-standing relationships with each client will provide a continued base for all future opportunities. Baxter Armistead Architecture, PC offers a full range of services from, master planning, architectural design, construction administration and architectural rendering. Over the years we have established a complimentary design team to include civil, structural, plumbing, mechanical and electrical engineering. We offer a wide range of experience in the fields of public and private schools, commercial retail / office, religious facilities, healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, restaurant design, municipal and residential buildings.
Currently our firm consists of the two Principal Architects, Chris Patrick (Architect), Stephanie Boyles (Architectural Intern/ Interiors) and Dianne Williams (Office Manager). The experience of our staff covers a wide range of project types. Our firm is a registered corporation in State of North Carolina, Virginia and South Carolina.
We are so pleased that the Chamber has chosen our firm for a Member Spotlight. We are proud to be a part of the Rolesville Community. Stephen and Joe were very excited when given the opportunity to work with the Town and a local developer to produce the New Town Hall and Community Center. Everyone was an absolute joy to work with. As an architect it is very gratifying to see one of your designs built, but to drive by it on a daily basis is truly something special.
